Questions

The stuff tradies usually ask first.

Will my customers find it annoying?

No. One text, 2 hours after the job. If they don't reply, one polite follow-up 3 days later. That's it. Most tradies who try this say their customers actually appreciate the reminder — people mean to leave a review and forget.

What if a customer gives a bad rating?

That's the point of the system. Anyone who rates you 1–3 stars goes to a private feedback form that comes straight to you. They don't end up on Google. You get the feedback, fix the issue, save the relationship.

Do I need to change my invoicing software?

No. We work with Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, ServiceM8, Tradify, or a simple tap on your phone for handwritten invoices.

How long until I see results?

First review usually lands within 14 days. If not, you get $100 to Bunnings. By day 60 you should have 10+ new reviews. If not, we keep the system running free until you do — you don't pay another cent in the meantime.

When do I pay?
